About the role

What you will do

As an Audit Semi-Senior, you will lead audit sections and take ownership of your work from planning through to completion, supporting the Senior and Supervisor on each engagement. You will work on a portfolio of SME clients across statutory audit, accounting and tax, using AMC audit software.

Responsibilities

Lead audit sections and complete fieldwork within the agreed timeline.
Review the work of junior team members and provide on-the-job coaching.
Prepare and draft financial statements and related disclosures using AMC audit software.
Raise and discuss audit issues and accounting treatments with the engagement Senior or Supervisor.
Maintain clear, complete and well-documented audit working papers.

Who we are looking for

2 to 3 years of external audit experience in a public accounting firm.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (MFRS / MPERS).
Proactive attitude with a desire to lead small teams.
Commitment to completing a professional qualification (ACCA or CPA).
