What you will do
As an Audit Associate at KS Chia & Associates, you will build your foundation across audit, bookkeeping and tax assignments before concentrating on audit and tax engagements. You will work directly with Audit Seniors, Supervisors and Managers on a portfolio of SME clients, and be trained on our AMC audit software.
Responsibilities
- Perform audit fieldwork for statutory audits of private companies, under the supervision of a Senior or Supervisor.
- Prepare audit working papers and document the audit evidence obtained.
- Assist in the preparation and drafting of financial statements and related disclosures.
- Carry out bookkeeping and tax assignments as part of your foundation training.
- Raise queries and communicate findings to the engagement team on a timely basis.
Who we are looking for
- Strong practical double-entry bookkeeping knowledge — practical application, not textbook only.
- Fresh graduates, or up to 2 years of external audit experience.
- Commitment to pursuing a professional qualification (ACCA or CPA).
- Willingness to learn, with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
